The Trial version is the Full version
The full working version and the 30 day trial version of the
Studio Organizer are one and the same; it's the password used to open
the software that gives you full access. So if you have the 30 day
trial installed on your computer there's nothing more to download or
install when you decide to purchase.
Both registered users and 30 day trial users can use the icons at the top of this page to download and install the Studio Organizer.
I'm not very experienced with computers. Can I use this software?
Yes, you can use the Studio Organizer, but you will want to have a computer expert install and configure the software. Since the Studio Organizer is software designed for managing a business, it's important to have a knowledgable person on staff or on call who can sit at your computer, download, install and configure the software, then provide hands on training. If you're not 100% comfortable using a computer, please do not attempt to use this or any other business software without the assistance of a computer expert. What are the limitations of 30 day trial?
Trial users can enter up to 100 student records and use all features of software with three exceptions:
1) the Transferring Files feature is disabled.
2) exporting student records is limited.
3) the school name and address on the School Info screen cannot be modified.
That's it! All of the other features and functions are available to trial users. These features are enabled when you purchase and register the software. There's nothing more to download or install.
Can I keep the data entered into the 30 day trial?
Your choice. As a trial user you can enter up to 100 student records and keep
that information when you purchase. When you enter your Registration
Code you will be asked if you would like to keep the data entered
during the trial period or discard it.
This means you can enter up to 100 student records, or experiment and play with the Studio Organizer during the trial period then start from scratch when you purchase. It's up to you.
My trial has expired. Can I get another free 30 day trial?
Yes, just delete the expired software. This is done by dragging the entire Studio Organizer folder and shortcuts to the trash.

What's included?
The Studio Organizer also includes 10 birthday songs from Silver Apple Media, 10 student ID card designs and the bar code font.
(Quicktime is required to play the birthday songs.)
Where is the documentation?
All the documentation is built into the Studio Organizer.
