What information do I need to provide when I email a question to Tech Support?
First, please be sure to always click the Support button on the screen where your question occurs, or select Technical Support from the Help menu. The Support Wizard will guide you through the process of providing the information we need to answer your question as quickly as possible.
Please state each of these specifically, and you'll get an answer fast:
1) What are you attempting to do?
2) What steps are you performing?
3) What error message are you receiving?
You can even include screen snapshots when using the Support Wizard.

In order to keep the Studio Organizer affordable, we do not have a call center or offer telephone technical support.
Only the Studio Organizer is supported.
From time to time, folks ask us questions about networking, or their operating system, or their printer. Although we might be able to steer them in the right direction, we can only provide expert advise and technical support for the Studio Organizer.
For all other software and hardware issues, troubleshooting and training, we highly recommend you have a computer expert who can assist you.
Having your own computer guru is just as important as having a good dentist or mechanic.
